The strict adherence to these rules is a contractual commitment.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The maximum number of occupants of the rooms, restricted by prefectoral decree, is indicated in each room and must be strictly observed.<\/li>\n
  2. The transfer of furniture between different rooms is prohibited. The provided furniture is indicated in each room.<\/li>\n
  3. The layout of the room is the responsibility of the renters: the tables and chairs must be put back in the original layout.<\/li>\n
  4. The hours should be respected and the rooms must be cleared by 11pm.<\/li>\n
  5. It is prohibited to eat and drink in the rooms, except with the consent of the USIC.<\/li>\n
  6. The renters must turn off the lights, close the windows and wipe the boards clean before leaving.<\/li>\n
  7. The tranquility of the building, which is essential for all, relies on everyone’s behaviour. It is therefore necessary to avoid loud noises.<\/li>\n
  8. The space in the corridors and the reception rooms on the ground floor must remain free and the access to emergency exits must be guaranteed.<\/li>\n
  9. Report any difficulties to the secretariat in writing, especially violations of these rules.<\/li>\n
  10. The renters must comply with any additional rules that may be communicated in the confirmation.<\/li>\n
  11. The payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice.<\/li>\n
  12. It is prohibited to smoke in the rooms and the corridors (decree n\u00b092.478, 28th<\/sup> of May 1992).<\/li>\n
  13. The USIC declines all responsibility for the belongings left by the renters (damage, loss, theft, fire).<\/li>\n
  14. In case of an evacuation alarm, the renters must take care of the disabled persons present within the rented rooms.<\/li>\n
  15. When using the WIFI provided by the USIC, the renters undertake to respect the regulations in force on the use of the Internet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Le respect rigoureux de ce r\u00e8glement est un engagement contractuel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Le nombre maximum d\u2019occupants des salles, limit\u00e9 par arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral, est affich\u00e9 dans chaque salle et doit \u00eatre strictement respect\u00e9.<\/li>
    2. Tout transfert de meubles entre diff\u00e9rentes salles est interdit. Le mobilier mis \u00e0 disposition est affich\u00e9 dans chaque salle.<\/li>
    3. La disposition des salles est \u00e0 la charge des locataires : les tables et les chaises devront \u00eatre remises en place en format s\u00e9minaire (tables et chaises en rang\u00e9es).<\/li>
    4. Il convient de respecter les horaires et de lib\u00e9rer toutes les salles \u00e0 23 heures.<\/li>
    5. Il est interdit de manger et boire dans les salles sauf apr\u00e8s accord de l\u2019USIC.<\/li>
    6. Eteindre les lumi\u00e8res, fermer les fen\u00eatres et effacer les tableaux en partant.<\/li>
    7. La tranquillit\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble, indispensable pour tous, repose sur le comportement de chacun. On s\u2019abstiendra donc de toute manifestation bruyante. La circulation dans les couloirs et les locaux d\u2019accueil du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e doit toujours demeurer libre.<\/li>
    8. Signaler par \u00e9crit toute difficult\u00e9 au secr\u00e9tariat, en particulier les manquements \u00e0 ce r\u00e8glement.<\/li>
    9. Se conformer \u00e0 toute r\u00e9glementation compl\u00e9mentaire notifi\u00e9e \u00e9ventuellement dans la confirmation.<\/li>
    10. Le paiement est \u00e0 effectuer \u00e0 r\u00e9ception de la facture.<\/li>
    11. Il est interdit de fumer dans les salles et les couloirs (d\u00e9cret n\u00b092.478, 28 mai 1992).<\/li>
    12. L\u2019USIC d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 concernant les mat\u00e9riels laiss\u00e9s en d\u00e9p\u00f4t par les locataires (d\u00e9gradation, perte, vol, incendie).<\/li>
    13. Il appartient au locataire, en cas d\u2019alarme \u00e9vacuation, de prendre en charge les personnes handicap\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans les locaux lou\u00e9s.<\/li>
    14.
